Kaiar the Omniscient

An agent of the Psithars sent to Lo Fuin after they detected a rift open in the depths beneath the swamps. Kaiar is tasked with finding the rift and learning what he can of it, with the Psithars theorizing that it may be a portal to a new world, and hold the key to their return to Terra.
