TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Welcome to Andarag Productions!
We take pride in creating quality miniatures, tabletop accessories, terrain, and handcrafted goods. As a small, family-operated business, we appreciate every customer who supports our workshop.
By purchasing from Andarag Productions, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, subject to your rights under applicable law.
1. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
Andarag Productions sells physical products, including resin miniatures, tabletop gaming accessories, terrain, decorative items, and handcrafted goods.
We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. However, minor variations in appearance, color, texture, dimensions, and finish may occur due to manufacturing processes and materials.
Unless otherwise stated in the product description:
Resin miniatures are supplied unpainted.
Products may require cleaning, assembly, priming, or painting.
Photographs of painted or assembled miniatures may be provided for illustrative purposes.
Scenic bases, accessories, and decorations are included only when specifically identified in the product listing.
2. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Payment is required at the time of purchase for online and in-person retail transactions unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.
Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will be disclosed before payment is finalized.
Andarag Productions reserves the right to correct pricing errors and product listing inaccuracies. If an error affects an existing order, we will contact the customer to discuss available options, including cancellation and a refund where appropriate.
3. ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
We make every reasonable effort to process and ship orders promptly.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, manufacturing requirements, and whether an item is made to order.
Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees. Carrier delays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
If we cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will notify the customer and provide the options required by applicable law, including the opportunity to cancel and receive a prompt refund.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and should notify us promptly if a correction is needed.
4. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE GENERALLY FINAL.
Because many of our products are manufactured or prepared in small quantities, Andarag Productions does not generally accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, an accidental purchase, or a customer's decision that an otherwise correctly described product is no longer wanted.
However, we stand behind the products we sell.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Depending on the circumstances, resolutions may include:
Replacement of the affected item.
Replacement of a missing or damaged component.
Exchange for the correct product.
A partial or full refund when appropriate.
Customers may be asked to provide photographs, order information, or other reasonable details to help us assess the issue.
Please contact Andarag Productions before returning merchandise so we can provide instructions when a return is necessary.
For verified fulfillment errors, defects, or shipping damage, customers will not be required to pay return shipping costs for a return we request.
We reserve the right to consider exceptions to our change-of-mind return policy at our discretion.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
5. CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Custom and made-to-order products may be manufactured specifically for an individual customer.
Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Any special cancellation terms or nonrefundable charges for custom orders will be disclosed before the customer commits to the purchase.
Custom products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. However, products that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the agreed specifications remain eligible for an appropriate resolution.
6. PRODUCT CARE AND SAFETY
Many Andarag Productions products are intended for miniature painting, tabletop gaming, collecting, or decorative display.
Resin miniatures and accessories may be fragile and contain small parts.
Unless specifically identified otherwise, these products are not intended as toys for young children.
Customers should exercise appropriate care when cleaning, assembling, modifying, painting, and handling products.
Normal wear, accidental breakage after delivery, improper handling, or damage resulting from modifications is generally not considered a manufacturing defect.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LICENSING
Andarag Productions offers original products as well as products manufactured under agreements with independent artists, designers, and other rights holders.
All intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners.
The purchase of a physical product does not grant the purchaser the right to reproduce, duplicate, digitally scan for reproduction, manufacture, or commercially distribute the underlying design without authorization from the applicable rights holder.
Andarag Productions' logos, branding, original artwork, and other proprietary materials may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
8. CONVENTION, MARKET, AND IN-PERSON PURCHASES
Andarag Productions participates in conventions, markets, festivals, and other events.
Customers are encouraged to inspect merchandise before completing an in-person purchase.
In-person sales are generally final for change-of-mind purchases.
If a product is later discovered to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers may contact us with proof of purchase so we can review the concern.
Our commitment to resolving legitimate product problems applies to both online and in-person purchases.
9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the order's processing and production status.
Once an order has shipped, a change-of-mind cancellation will generally not be accepted.
This provision does not limit cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law, including rights arising from shipping delays or failure to fulfill an order.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Andarag Productions is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from improper use, modification, or handling of its products.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Missouri and the United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply.
